This is a classified website dedicated entirely to dogs for sale. That means it has been created for people looking to buy and sell. Unlike Trade Me, Sella or other pet websites, you won’t find any cats, computers or cars here. Just dogs (and puppies).
We are also not an auction site and you’ll find a Wanted section so you can connect directly with other users without interference.
And it’s free. Listers pay no success fees to pay.
We’ve set this site up to be easy-to-use. And because it’s a specialist website designed to be loved by search engines, this means it attracts more visitors (like you). And more visitors means a better experience for all users.
Who Can Place An Ad On This Dogs For Sale Website?
Anyone wanting to buy, sell, trade or give away a dog or puppy can register and post a classified ad on this website. Breeders are welcome as well as people or businesses selling pet-related products.
For the safety of our users, only New Zealand based and originating listings willl be accepted.
What Is The Price To List An Ad?
An costs nothing. It’s free.
However, to improve the chances of your ad being seen and therefore attracting more enquiries, you can set your listing to to appear at the top of the home page with a highlighted yellow background. The price is only $5.00 and is optional. You can choose this feature when you Post A Classified.
How Do I Get Started And List My First Ad?
It’s easy. Simply register for free and within minutes you can post your ad.
Once I Post My Ad, How Long Will It Take To Appear On The Website?
For the safety of our users, all ads must be manually approved. This may take up to 24 hrs, but usually gets done in a much shorter time.
For How Long Will My Ad Be Listed?
Your ad will be listed for 3 months (90 Days). After that time, if it is not removed by you, it will expire and will be automatically removed by us. Please note if your ad is automatically removed after 90 days, all text and images will de deleted permanently.

You must be based in NZ and provide NZ contact details to post an ad. Your listing must be related to dogs for sale, puppies for sale or dog-related products or services. Unrelated ads will not be approved. DogsForSale.co.nz is a child and family-friendly website. You must not post any ads or comments of an adult or offensive nature.
